VK4NGA Digital Voice Systems accepts Credit Card as methods of payment, using the very safe worldwide Square Payments platform. I also accept good old Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer.
Direct Deposit Account Details will be displayed at checkout (Please note that payments may take 1-3 business days to clear as this is a manual process. Choose credit card for instant payments.
PayPal payments are not accepted due to the extremely high fees that they charge for their service.
Change of Mind
If you have incorrectly ordered a product then I would consider an exchange for you within 14 days providing the item is in its original condition and has not been used. Note, I’ll first assess the product to ensure it’s resalable and notify you with a reply email.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be shipped ASAP after I receive payment.
Australia Post has noted network delays in some areas.
Back Orders
Ate not generally accepted.
Damage in Transit
My products are carefully packaged for shipment. However, I realise that damage during transit may occur despite these precautions. Please check all shipments when they delivered for shortages or signs of damage. If you find a problem, reply to me via email. Even if the exterior cartons of your shipment appear undamaged. You should still unpack and examine the goods as soon as possible. Please do not dispose of any packing material until you have contacted us and satisfied with your delivery.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays/strikes/acts of God, for which we will not be responsible.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Moreover, You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
